Generally, this post office meets expectations. They only have 1 person working on Saturdays. Despite this they do not limit the number of transactions per person or business. So rather than these people going in during the week, they get personal service of unlimited transactions on Saturday with no time or transaction limits. Other customers get turned away or have to grin and bear it. Hey post-not-master of anything, wake up and fix this insanity.

The post office in Beachwood NJ is the most efficient office I've ever visited. The employees are friendly and the building is clean and everything I send out of that location arrives at its destination on time with no issues. I don't live in Beachwood but I drive to that location because it's the best post office I've used. Wish I could vote 100 stars instead of just 5!

Went to mail a get well card but needed to buy a stamp. I appreciate that they asked if I was mailing the card for a happy occasion because we were able to choose a more appropriate stamp for the occasion.

Encountered the rudest person Erick at the counter. He snapped at me and got very rude When I mentioned I wanted to mail something the cheapest way. I am calling the postmaster to make a complaint. He was arguing when I mentioned he didn’t need to get snappy and rude Note there was NO ONE else in there.
