He really helped assess my needs for storage and helped me make an informed decision without breaking the bank! When I got to the office, he was courteous and pleasant. He offered superior customer service. My unit that was assigned was clean and ready to go. Convenient location, easy to get to. I much prefer this storage place over any of the big chain places that pull you in with one price and then you get slammed with another. “I had a nightmare of a move using College Hunks to move my stuff out of 2 pods into my storage unit. They were so bad!! They said they had to leave before they put everything into the storage unit because they realized they did it all wrong and it wouldn’t fit unless they pulled everything out and did it right so they just left me there a70 yr old woman alone with 1/2 my stuff outside the unit and no one to help me. Out comes Kim from Public Storage. She was so kind and helpful. She allowed me to use an empty unit to get the rest of my stuff in with the help of friends and she even said she never saw such a terrible move by movers in her life! Kim saved the day for me! She was my hero! She is so sweet and kind. She is such a lovely person. Kim is a ROCK STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
