Spice It Up is an amazing deli in Beach Haven, known for having some of the best sandwiches on LBI and possibly the entire state. The sandwiches are stacked, fresh, and delicious, with unique and flavorful twists on lunch favorites. The daily specials are hard to pass up and include items like a killer turkey Reuben and homemade meatballs. The owner is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. While you wait, you can browse a cool selection of hot sauces, spices, and gifts. The food smells amazing, prices are decent, and it is a highly recommended spot for a great sandwich.
Had the Pit Danini and it was the best sandwich I have ever had. Yum ?

If you're on LBI, (or not).. don't miss Spice It up! Their Deli is amazing! They have daily specials, and unbelievable, fresh food. The homemade meatballs are delicious!

One of the best sandwich’s I’ve had in Jersey. Stacked to the hills and Owner was friendly, knew what he was doing. Cool spot to also grab sauces/gifts. Grab you a sandwich and go upstairs to ship bottom for a brew ??
