Went here with my parents as part of our long beach island vacation on Sunday June 9th 2024. We looked here for finding a cheaper tshirt, and we did. We also found one that is similar to one shirt i found in the other store. i also found a hoodie. My mom brought tshirts for my dad, and a magnet,and a license plate that says Jacqueline. All were reasonably priced. Cashier was very pleasant. i paid with cash, and my mom did too. They do unfortunately charge 3% for credit cards, for people who pay cash, just continue to do so. They also have lots of beachware and jewelry here.

I found a beautiful Kovel necklace online at this store and at first was hesitant to order based on the lower star review but luckily I read the reviews and saw that all of them were based on not being able to bring drinks into a store. Which honestly, I don't know any stores that I shop at that allow drinks to be brought in.
But I called the store and received friendly help, placed the order, and it was shipped that same day and it arrived quickly. And the online ordering process was easy.
I am so happy I went with my experience with this store. The service was great, the item was beautiful and came in a Kovel bag and had a card with it. I bought it for a gift and I am thrilled with the purchase. I can't wait to give it to the person I bought it for.

Sorry, a 3% surcharge that is waived if paying cash is not a cash discount if the posted prices are the cash price. Consumers don't appreciate these games. Please post the credit prices

My family and I have been coming to LBI for over 20 years and have always made it a point to stop at this store as part of tradition when we visit beach haven specifically. Up until recently it held a special place in my heart. My pregnant sister and I were shopping in beach haven and I had told her we should go here because they usually have the best selection for the best price and I always love going in this particular store. However, as we were engaged in a conversation about to enter the store, we were greeted by a young blonde gentleman who said “hello ladies” to which we replied hello!. He then said “sorry girls but no drinks in the store….” And before I could even process what he had said and decide if I wanted to throw out my drink or not, he followed up with a rude and sarcastic reply of “there’s only five signs that say it right in front of you….” Which was completely uncalled for. As a neurodivergent individual, I have a hard time with sensory overload and my brain tends to automatically filter out overly stimulating signage (the five signs he was referring to) as a means of keeping myself regulated. So sometimes it takes me longer to process both visual and verbal information. This man literally gave us .5 seconds to process what he had said before he was mean to both a pregnant woman and a person with a mental disability. I just don’t understand why you would act that way towards a customer regardless. We were just excited to stop in one of our favorite stores. I get the no drink policy but a little understanding would have been nice….you never know what people are going through. I think a little employee training on basic human decency is a bit overdue…

I bought a necklace here with a pendant that broke the next day in the wind. The pendant was lost. I went back with the broken necklace and they were so rude about fixing it and then when I asked them to replace the pendant that was lost they said “it wasn’t my fault the wind broke the necklace!”

My experience was great! I live out of state and haven’t visited in person, but I ordered a Steven Douglas necklace online. David answered my questions quickly via email and shipped my order with a certificate of authenticity the next day. I appreciate the great customer service and will shop with Island Sun again!

Every time I go to LBI I visit this store. I own 20+ pieces of clothing that I wear all the time! They always have the coolest and most affordable sweatshirts and T-shirt’s.

Went to check out with two shirts from racks the each had signage stating $11.00 or two for $20. The clerk and then the owner said the one shirt had been misplaced ever after showing them the rack with more than100 of the same or similar shirts with the above stated signage.Don’t shop at Island Sun!!!Many more local stores worthy of your business.

Don't shop here as they do not honor their own price signage in the store. I went to check out with two shirts from two racks both of which has signs saying $11.00 or two for $20. The clerk then the owner said the one shirt had been misplaced even after I showed him the rack with at least 100 of the same and similar shirts with the above signage. Bait and switch!

Ordered a beautiful dolphin ring and so happy with that design. Was shipped very quickly, even contact the store with question before purchase, everything was nice and pleasant. Highly recommended that store.

Unfortunately there are rude, condescending workers here. Won't be back. Many other , friendly, places to shop on the island then here.
