Just bought a 22HFC Seachaser and whole process from ac boat show to picking my boat up was flawless!!Roger was great with all the paperwork and answered all my crazy questions and concerns very quickly and always returned my phone calls and text.Martin was also very knowledgeable and made sure everything was in order before I trecked back to DE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR ANY OF YOUR BOATING NEEDS!!

Great customer service during sale. Very nice people to deal with, even after rhe sale, however I've had difficulty trying to rectify items after the purchase. Small rips in upholstery, warped storage door, live well not holding water, no second ignition key.... I asked for these to be rectified but had no luck. A new boat should just come ready to go with no issues. As I said, very good people but shouldn't have to keep asking for workmanship to be there at delivery.

Can't thank Martin and the crew enough for their customer service. I brought my boat to them to get fixed on a Saturday on short notice. Martin immediately grabbed tools and got to work fixed all 9 of my issues and had us back on the water within 2 hours! Absolutely amazing keep up the awesome work! Will be back soon. But hopefully not to soon.

GREAT All around experience!!!! Roger the salesman was professional, knowledgeable and very straight forward and easy to work with!!! Martin’s experience with boats, boating, maintenance, avionics and our local bay was amazing!!! Chris and Danni were also knowledgeable and professional and a lot of fun to talk to and ask questions!!! At the end of the day, would highly recommend Riptide Marina and ALL there staff!!!!

Very nice and always willing to work with you to solve a problem or work out an off hour time to fit your schedule. Martin is very nice and knowledgeable, shows us what he did and how to fix small problems ourselves.

I purchased a Carolina Skiff LS23 which I saw at the AC Boat show. Roger and Martin both worked to ensure I had all the proper information and paperwork for the boat, and delivered it to my dock. My Garmin GPS was acting up, and Martin had a serviceman at my house in 48 hours to replace the unit. Great service can not be found like this anymore except at Riptide.

After researching deck boats, we decided on Stingray. We took delivery of our brand-new Stingray this past season and what a great experience it has been. Even though there was a slight delay due to the pandemic the boat came in exactly as we ordered it and Riptide Marine Center kept us informed thru the entire process. My family and I couldn't be happier. There were a few small items on the boat that required service in the very beginning, but Riptide was quick to fix them, and we didn't lose any time on the water. I would absolutely recommend Riptide Marine Center & Stingray boats to anyone.

I recently bought a Stingray boat at Riptide Marina from Roger Babson. . He was a sweetheart right from the start and not salesey at all. When the boat came in he made sure he had it ready for me in record timing. I would highly recommend Roger and his crew as they have been extremely helpful and professional with me.

I would have to say my experience completely underwhelmed me with my purchase of a 2021 Stingray 236cc. I can understand the 8-week delay due to the pandemic, but the lack of QA/QC was apparent from the start and the absence of good customer service from Riptide made this experience one I never wish to repeat. Stingray mislabeled their "mooring" cover, which is really a trailer cover and refused to take it when I wanted to return it ($1000). When factory defects needed to be repaired I had to spend $1700 in transport fees to bring the boat back to Riptide to do the warranty work because Stingray doesn't really care about customer service after the sale. I do not recommend buying a Stingray based on my experience.

Riptide marine center is truly amazing excellent staff they sold me a beautiful new boat that exceeded my expectations. They are all honest fair and will never leave you stranded. I would highly recommend riptide for your next boating transaction weather it be repair or buying a new boat this is the place to go
