The day before I had tried other verizon stores and verizon online help for 2 hours which only screwed my phone up more. “Let me start by saying I don't leave reviews, but after putting off getting a new phone and transferring my number I finally stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Bri. I can not say enough good things. They were patient & kind. Not just to me but my whole family including a very high energy 3 year old who ended up along for the ride. Bri made what i thought was going to be a very painful process so smooth. The store is very lucky to have an associate like Bri.”

“The girl I had, I believe is the store manager and she is wonderful, But when my son went back to activate his phone there was a worker there ( Some guy with tattoos on his arms) Who gave him a hard time about activating his phone because he said he wasn't authorized to access to the account. Needless to say, he was on the account as an authorized user, and he should have known where to look for that information. I then had to contact T-Mobile customer service while my son had to sit in his truck and wait to fix this matter and when customer service called the store, the same guy was super rude to the T-Mobile customer service. Honestly, this behavior is unacceptable. I will continue to go to this T-Mobile because it's not a bad store. But this employee should definitely be spoken to.”

“I had a crisis with 1 of my computers. I had previously gotten some cell phones from All Wired Technologies, and was vaguely aware that they offered computer services. I brought in my computer, and Mike treated my emergency as his own. He spent the better part of the day on it, and made sure to have it back to me before closing. He even offered to stay late if it wasn't finished on time. Their services are greatly appreciated and I highly recommended.”
