“Extremely satisfied. Specially Ashley the store manager provided the best customer service I have ever gotten from any T mobile. Really awesome person. She saw what was going on with my broken phone, helped me with the insurance claim, foresaw that I had to wait 2 days for the new phone,.so she backed up all my information and passwords, so that when I came back with the new phone, everything transferred perfectly. Definitely by far the best t-mobile employee in the Bayville store. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ashley. Best customer service I ever got and will be referring and already have, with some, to head over to Bayville T-mobile. Really happy with everything. Worked super quickly also, and within an hour, I was back up and running better then ever. Again a huge thank you Ashley.”

“These guys are lifesavers! We are visiting my son in Forked River and our grandson's iPhone screen went black. It was about 2:30 on a Friday afternoon (today ) and we're leaving to head to California on Sunday. I googled phone repair and they popped up. As they were close (and I don't know my way around) we headed that way. I was shocked to find out they'd replace the screen, put on a screen protector, and fix his charging port all within an hour and for under $200! True to their word, it was ready within the hour and at the price they quoted me. I wish we lived closer, as they'd definitely be my go-to for all my electronic repairs!”

“Upgrading your phone can be stressful. However at this AT&T location we felt at ease. The technician that set the account up sold us the phone, excellent. Our phone had to be ordered so we had to go back when we had new phone for setup and again the greeting from the technician was excellent. They explained everything about contract fully answered all questions until we understood about our contract. Keep up the excellent customer service ?”

“Yesterday, Saturday April 20, my wife and I went in to have our phones checked for some problems we were having. Instead, we decided to buy new phones. I had an I Phone 5 and my wife's was an I Phone 8, I believe. After deciding to buy a phone, I was told that because my phone was no longer manufactured, I could not be able to have everything transferred to a new phone. I was perplexed as to why. The woman also told my wife that the trouble she was having was not able to be fixed. We left the store and came home. The same day in the afternoon, we went to your store on Hooper Ave. in Toms River. What a difference! We not only bought new phones I bought an I Phone SE and my wife bought a 15, but the store personnel DID transfer all our info to our new phones. Everything is fine and our new phones are working correctly. I believe that your store personnel in the first store we visited were not properly trained to do the job. It is my belief that that should be looked into so that others do not have the same or similar situations.”
