They use a preloaded card to run machines instead of coins. The machine deducted the money from my card and would not operate. There is nobody working here or answering the phone to address the issue.

everything says they're open until 10:30pm but I got told to leave at 9:18 pm because it was too late to run a single quick wash. ill go out of my way to go anywhere else now.
