this goodwill is okay~ I tend to drive to the goodwill in brick simply because the store is twice the size and a lot more racks to sort through. there is nothing inherently bad about this location, except less options, the racks are never full they always seem empty and picked through no matter when or what day i go. employees have always been friendly and helpful though!

We have donated tons of stuff to this location through the years. I was happy to find some nice chairs about two years ago reasonably priced. Recently shopping here the prices seemed to skyrocket. It might be only certain items but, Compared to other thrift outlets they are overpriced.

Literally my favorite Goodwill. I moved from Tuckerton to Manchester but I would travel from South Jersey just to come here. So happy to be closer, now! Has a great variety of clothing (PLUS SIZE TOO) and awesome rack of knick knacks. I do wish the shelves were a little neater, it just worries me that if I grab something, things might fall. Otherwise, great place!!

Horrible experience!!! As I was looking through the clothes on the rack, I felt something from underneath the rack reach out and touch me. It was a hand and it violently grabbed my ankle and pulled me to the ground, where the person then proceeded to lick my leg up and down. Then they took off my shoes, and started to caress my feet. Sniffing them, licking them, and even attempted to suck on my toes. The worst part was that this looked like a worker, and I demand something be done about this.

I go thrifting regularly, and have several in the area that I frequent, but this Goodwill is closest to my house. On the plus side, there are always new things coming in and being put out. Things are usually in good shape, and are in the spaces where they should be.However, things look like they've been thrown onto the shelves with zero regard for the ability to see what's there. Everything is so crammed that it's hard to tell what is available, which causes a ton of people to gather while trying to dig through commonly needed items. Also, out of all the thrift stores in the area, this one has the highest prices. There are some clothing pieces that cost as much as buying them new, and I've picked up some kitchen tools that were actually priced higher than they would be new. If you manage to have an item that's half off that day, it's not too bad, but otherwise, the prices are nowhere near alright, and I will often use it just to make a list, and find the same items in different second hand stores far cheaper.

This is the closest goodwill to me. I often donate to this location. A couple weeks ago I decided to shop. After picking up several clothing items, I wanted to try them on. The stations are permanently closed, citing too much damage to rooms no one can try clothing on. Unfortunately, the merchandise had to be left behind. I'm not sure why a process can't be managed to allow customers support to make a sale. Furthermore, there are no returns. So, the ability to see if clothing fits is pretty important. This decision to disallow fitting rooms is most likely negative to sales on the bottom line. I hope there is management consideration to restore this process, I love to support goodwill.

Lots of interesting Knick-knacks. Everything was very clean and sorted nicely on the shelves. Lots of things to look at. The clothing wasn’t terribly exciting. It was also confusing how the aisles were set up. The blue tile floor was fun though. And the store was clean and parking was easy

They look up brand names and only take half off the retail price. Truly disgusting!
It’s used clothing !!google the products before you buy and you will see for yourself.

Highly annoyed with this location and apparently many other Goodwill locations as The company decided to close all of their dressing rooms. If people are really damaging your dressing rooms then fix it and move on. You have myself and other customers trying on clothes in the furniture section lucky enough to find a mirror. On top of a no return policy except electronics. Do better goodwill. Don't be lazy, fix your "damaged" dressing rooms.

Holiday Eve, I work consecutive Sundays, we close 6pm. Christmas Eve this year falls on a Sunday. We are closing at 6pm. My son's birthday is that day. He will be 25. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 Esophagal Cancer who knows how long I have with him? Yet I've been dedicated to my store and will not let my wonderful manager down nor employees so what do you think about having some heart ? and letting us share our family at 4pm. Closing at 4pm is so appreciated. Happy Holidays and God Bless ??⛄this store is Bayville store 23
