Great place if you wanna be in and out. The parking lot is small and if a truck is there doing a delivery good luck. The staff is not bad and prices are affordable. They also need to widen their car entrance/exit.

My experience in Walgreens was delightful, and very easy. The pharmacist, Marian, helped out a lot, was patient and respectful.

I picked up my daughter's medication from North Street branch in Bayonne and when I got home the seal was broken with holes and I called them to find out why it was like that and they said because it was for another customer and I can just use it like that, are you serious honestly this is a 6 month old baby medicine and you want me to risk giving her medicine like that what kind of a response is that with no apology I'm very disappointed in your service.

Was walking up to the pharmacy and they closed the gate right in front of me. They closed 5 minutes early... Guess they aren't worried about people getting the prescriptions. So much for customer service.. Wish I could give negative stars.

Shift leader get distracted by employee who decides to do demonstration hand shake instead of ringing me up? had to wait extra minute. U know that's why she don't have any good customer service skills as a shift leader. 1/13/24 Afternoon.

Confirmed the store closes at 12am. Rushed to get something urgent and walked up to entrance at 11.47am… an employee walked up from inside and stared at me while closing the shutter down.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used! Constantly waiting for my prescriptions to be in stock. I have gone for a week without my prescriptions being filled. Absolutely horrible. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!

I go to this pharmacy on a monthly basis for my prescriptions and never have any issues. If my script isn't ready they filled it for me within a few minutes

Terrible customer service! Yesterday I witnessed a woman asking to speak to a manager but only shift leaders working. Apparently she was waiting for the cashier to ring her up and he left his register without communicating to the customer. She was upset and so would I if encountered this type of behavior. Instead of having us wait while the staff was speaking to her they should have open another register. Please retrain your staff and hire people who want to work... get it together! I gave a two star because store was stocked well.
