I purchased a Sealy Postupedic firm mattress that felt really good when I tried it in the store. However after 2 years that mattress had to be turned due to the dips from where I was laying. The mattress has a 10 year warranty. However, they refused to take the mattress back. I will never purchase a mattress from Value City again.

I have been shopping at Vaule City since the early 90s . I like the quality of the furniture and the people take good care of me . I have no complaints. I'll pick Vaule City over Bob's any day.

The sales person Pepsi went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. She was very informative and very knowledgeable. The receptionist was exceptional as well. I’ve bought all my furniture from Value City for many years and as always, they Never disappoint. You know that anxious feeling when you walk into a place and there are salespeople looking at you and keep asking, do you need help, can I help you with something, what are you looking for, etc? Well you’re safe here. I didn’t feel pressured at all. The experience was very good. Delivery was on time, got it set up and took my old furniture away. Highly recommend.
