I am super shocked about what I went through. The ower was really condescending and horrible for business. I brought in a sweat shirt for cleaning and upon me picking it up, it was ruined. He agreed to take care of it. A week passed by and he said it wasn’t ready yet. I went back there 2 weeks after and he told me that he couldn’t clean it, so I asked for my sweater back, and was told that he lost it and couldn’t find it. I had to contact local authorities to have them force him to compensate me for my sweat shirt, In which he finally wrote me a check the next day for the amount of the lost sweatshirt. The same day I deposit the check, and 2 weeks later which is today, I was informed by my bank that the account for which the check was written from is insufficient. I will be contacting the same local authorities in the morning about this Injustice. Please beware folks. Horrible experience.

It’s 2023 and I’m appalled but this business. The owner is extremely rude and entitled. They ruined my Kapital sweater and refused to provide me with a refund until local authorities had to intervene. Needless, to say I will never go here again. Beware folks , the owner is a liar and is insanely rude and condescending. I don’t ever leave bad reviews anywhere because things happen but this had to be published.

I have been using Valet cleaners for years. Their prices are better than sky and they are very reliable, on time, and the clothes come out just the way I expect them to.

Altered the length of my pants and small part of the thread came off after using it for only two days. I was traveling came back after two weeks asking him to fix it. He refused and asked me to repay to repair it since I didn’t come immediately. The owner was very rude though I am a customer for over 10 years. He lost my business and all my family business for just simple fix that won’t cost him 5 minutes. Take your business elsewhere.

I really like this place and the gentleman who runs it. He is very friendly and patient. I feel like the quality of the dry cleaning is very nice.

Beware! The owners comes and goes as he pleases during the business day! I waited an HOUR to pick up my cleaning. He lost a new customer today.
