This post office consistently outperforms any other I’ve ever been to, in the worst possible service and incredibly long waiting times! It never fails! Come prepared to stand anywhere from 1/2hr to 45 min easily on line.

Is the woman in the picture okay? Refusing service for assuming a customer is being rude when they weren’t. Went to the window to drop off my package. Instead of being greeted she asked in the most rudest voice what the package is for. I flipped it over and told her I was dropping off and need a receipt. She refused to service me because she ASSUMED I dropped the package. After back and forth, I responded with “Are you really gonna refuse me and hold up the line?” To which she proudly responded with “YES I AM”. And the called a very heavy pregnant coworker to help me instead. This coworker had to tell her to drop the argument and apologize on the rude coworker behalf. This all just happened at 6:51pm. The post office closes at 7pm. So this behavior most likely stem from the fact that they closed in 9 minutes and there was a long line. In the end this employee needs a new job if this is how they’re going to act when it’s close to closing.

Exceptionally horrible service. Always long lines, short staffed and most of the time i have got parking tickets because the meter haa run out. You need to plan to be here at least for an hour to get something done.

They have such a hard time delivering to my address and lost my passport. Now I have to pay out of my pocket for usps mistake Their service number does not direct me to them through the automated system. And hard to get in contact with an actual person.

This post office is an absolute disgrace! The staff couldn’t care less about their jobs or the customers. Every visit is a nightmare—long lines, rude employees, and zero effort to help. Packages are tossed around like garbage, and half the time, they’re lost or damaged. I’ve had mail sent to the wrong address multiple times, and when I asked for help, the clerk just shrugged and said, “Not my problem.” The place is filthy, with overflowing trash cans and a floor that hasn’t been cleaned in years. No one answers the phone, and the “tracking” system is a joke. If you value your time, sanity, or anything you’re trying to mail, avoid this post office at all costs. It’s clear they don’t care about anything or anyone.
Fire them all. Clowns 🤡

I don't know why all the trash talk, I love coming here. 1st of all, they're open until 7pm ! Thats UNHEARD of! I sell online and work a full time job, so I could NEVER make it to the post office in time getting off at 5 myself. The ladies at the counter are always helpful and knowledgeable, I never see it dirty, they also do Passports, I mean c'mon... Yes, the lines get long, but that's because of ALL the perks I just said, plus they take the time needed to fully help you with a lost package or letter or change of address issue, which makes lines grow too, and people fuss in line, until it's them with the issue at the counter, and will them praise them for their time consuming help. A+ for me, this place rocks

Passport for my son, minors require both parents for the appointment, we both leave work, come for the appointment, stand
in line, only for the clerk to say sorry they “thought” someone contacted us, appointments were canceled for the day.

We got another appointment, went with all documents add one passport photo, took 15 minutes tops.

Such a horrible place. Not enough workers and not even nice. I had to wait there for an hour and a half to drop off a package!!!! Never again
