February 1, 2024: why isn't the post office open. Signs say window open at 9am & I been standing for twenty minutes. This is no good.

Had to pay $600 to apple because they lost my return device. Then when I asked for a receipt days after for proof that the box was scanned in, the lady told me they don't do that smh. Your mail has a better chance of making it to its destination thrown in the ocean than handed to these 'employees'.

staff doesn't want to commit the mistake,I gave "a" in the address, she typed "o". Once I pointed out the mistake and asked her to amend, she refused and said receiver post office could recognize it, because I also wrote the correct address on the box. Then she gave me a customer survey form. So stupid, what are you expecting from my customer survey?

The lady who suppose to work overthere don't know what to do I fill up the papers for change address like month and half and after all this time I found out still nothing change pls check the people and choose them well before hiring them

I gave 5 stars because the staff always friendly and courteous! The place desperately needs an upgrade! It’s looking rundown and sometimes the credit card machine and the scale stop working! I tried to use the gifts cards and the clerk could not even activate them! It would be nice to have 2 windows for service ✅

This is an "express" small USPS location which is only open on weekdays from 9am to 1pm but if you need to drop off a package or small box with a prepaid label they have a drop box (with a big opening) inside so you don't have to wait in line. This is a plus compared to the other USPS Bayonne location which doesn't have any drop boxes so you need to wait in line. Also there's plenty of metered parking next to this location which is good. Taking off one star due to the ridiculous operating hours and another one because last week I stopped by during a weekday at 10am and they had a sign that due to shortage of staff they were going to open at 11am. (Just for 2 hours?)

Very bad the guy gave me attitude for no reason trying to pick up a package gave him the address and he told me his life story. I didn’t get my package. Very bad.
