It’s amazing that I even feel compelled to write a review for a major company - let alone a shipping store! You typically expect an experience more like a DMV than a 5 star hotel concierge!
It’s incredible how much someone being
willing to explain and help makes an impact on your day. I use this store of every shipping need I have and they are always professional, cordial, patient, and best of all human. The team here will interact with customers and each other as they get through their lines. It makes waiting in line - which happens occasionally - so much easier. If you need help they are quick to resolve your issue, explain the solution in a direct but kind way.

The experience is amazing, i was able to do an international courier hassle free. Even I did notary services thru UPS, they did perfectly. Thank you UPS for your amazing service. Its really nice

I came into the store to use their computer facilities to print out some documents. As I went to pay, I had used a credit card that came back as declined because I didn’t realize my card was locked. The employee named Keith decided to belittle me and began singing “it’s declined”. Though maybe funny to himself and his other employees, it wasn’t funny to me. So to Keith, some people are going through battles you know nothing about, learn to have some type of customer service skills or compassion before opening your mouth.

The best service! Great knowledgeable employees. It was very crowded with taller people and they still had fast service. The bathrooms were clean and the Chicken Teriyaki was well seasoned. Will DEFINITELY wear my Mets jersey next time and bring my own scissors.

The males who work there are slow, clueless, rude, and unhelpful. The ladies who work there are always on point. Why would you have a store full of people and decide to pack speakers while people are waiting to be serviced. Wouldn’t you, take care of everyone , then once you had down time, pack the speakers thoroughly and properly? He gave each speaker one wrap of bubble wrap with no protective bubble as the base. Lmao. Don’t ship through them, I’ll tell you that much. Your stuff will not arrive in one piece.
