We were able to extend by a few hours with no issues. Best part is we arrived late to return the truck and forgot our $150 power bank and they immediately called us asking if we left it behind. “My experience with customer service was great because the employee Jaquan was very knowledgeable and helpful and patient with me this was my first time dealing with renting a U-Haul and he walked me through step by step now the problem I am experiencing with the company itself they are charging me for gas I put gas in at the station across the street on the corner from them as so did another U-Haul truck in from of me that also as we both returned the vehicle minutes away from each other I hope that management can fixed this problem it’s not fair to pay for gas twice but once again to the employee j for helping me keep up the great customer service thanks”
