I haven’t visited this place and was definitely considering it until I saw the way the owner goes back and forth with other reviews. Lol. I’m not sure if they think that’s doing anything to help their business but it was a good laugh. The fact the owner came back to just further argue more. Yes i know nothing about your business except all the horrible reviews here. i think that's more then I needed

This place is the worst place I ever been too upon walk in Door was locked after I came in for crochet root maintenance on time for my appointment I made months ago the lady who said can do my method lied and said she can only interlock to call this lady.... to come to do my hair very nasty looked at me like I was some kinda trash felt very uncomfortable I won't recommend this place to anyone who cares about there hair she obviously can't doo locs why own a business and treat people like this.... now I can't get my hair done for a important event o and btw after I said no I am not calling your stylist cause u messed up she kicked me out ND threated me to never come back again when I just came to get my hair done couldn't even smile just rude

I tried to book an appointment a few times and they are extremely rude. They make you feel like you're bothering them. It's sad!

I’m online searching for a black owned business in Bayonne and I was willing to overlook the bad reviews because I like to experience things for myselfBut the fact that ma’am responds to the review in such an up professional way has left a bad taste in my mouth. People need to understand that their opinions don’t matter but how a person EXPERIENCES you does. If ppl have experienced that, as a business owner, you eat that, take the feedback and try to do better. Getting on here and going back and forth with former clients is unprofessional.

Unfortunately I have to leave a review that is not favorable at all. I am new to the area so I called this company because I'm interested in having locs installed. When she answered the phone (referring to the owner), she was very rude. I asked her if she has Instagram so that I could see pictures. She said she doesn't.If these reviews had the ability for me to leave audio I would be able to let you hear the tone that she used to respond to me. It was nothing short of annoyance. And honestly all I did was say hello and that I'm interested in dread extensions. This was my second attempt to call. On my first attempt, she merely answered the phone and did not say hello, she said "leave a message" using the same annoyed and rude tone that she did when I actually spoke to her. That was it!Who would want to go to a business where the owner sounds like she's annoyed if you call? Unfortunately even if she is talented, the rudeness repels new business and unfortunately I will not be going to this salon.

wow, looking at these reviews - I was going to book an appointment but it received not even 3 stars!!! That's bad. I hope the owner really tries to fix this situation. I love not far from this place and that's disappointing.

Wowwwww I live in Bayonne and was looking up a natural hair place for my daughter to get her hair done. I started reading the reviews and noticed the owner responding extremely rude to the clients. I will never step foot inside this place.
