Rob (manager) does not respond to tenants' communications. He makes errors all the time and refuses to take accountability for his mistakes. We personally do not trust him.We are aware other tenants moved out soley because they did not get along with Rob.Beware of the fake 5 star reviews posted to cover up the real ratings.

Moved into Silk Lofts a year ago, very nice place to live, Rob ( the manager) and Mike (the super) are very professional and take care of any issues efficiently and in a very timely manner, the building is very clean and well kept, the people in the building are nice and friendly, it is very quiet and I would highly recommend it as a great place to live.

Moved into Silk Lofts last summer, and I couldn't be more happier with this choice...especially coming from Brooklyn, NY. Rob (manager) and Mike (super) are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their responses to my inquiries were timely. They're always there when you need them. The building is quiet and clean! Everyone I've met (which is not very frequent) have been kind and friendly.

Moved into the silk lofts with my girlfriend and our dogs. Apartments are beautiful probably best in Bayonne for our taste. Rob is very friendly, professional and is an excellent property manager. He addresses all of our concerns or issues. This is a stark contrast from other condo buildings I read about in Bayonne. You have you few bad apples in the building but that's with any apartment building.

I moved into the Silk Lofts in June 2019 and moved out recently (June 2022). I honestly have no complaints, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are respectful as well as the staff/management. There was never a situation where assistance wasn’t provided if needed. Whether you use the app or send an email the silk lofts team will contact you to ensure your concerns or issues are addressed to your standard. They are in constant communication with their tenants about everything going on in or around the building as well. Living at the Silk Lofts has made the last 3 years of staying in New Jersey a pleasant experience for me and I would honestly move back in a heartbeat if it wasn’t due to being relocated for work.

My husband and I moved to the Silk Lofts from a small town in Louisiana and it turned out to be such a great transition! The near by lightrail stop made exploring easy and we loved the old history behind the building and gorgeous high ceilings and style! The staff is friendly, with easy going personalities that made them feel much more approachable to us than other apartments that we had checked out. Overall a great deal for a beautiful space!

I have visited this building on several occasions and always find it immaculate. The structure itself is beautiful in its industrial simplicity and the courtyard is nothing short of spectacular. A great place to visit AND a wonderful, well-maintained place to live. Any less-than-positive reviews wreak of vendetta or personal animosity which should not be vented in a formal review of living space!

Honestly my favorite building I’ve ever lived in. The apartments are gorgeous and have so much character. The common areas are always spotless and the outdoor courtyard makes you feel like you are in Europe. The staff is amazing. Rob the property manager is the best and caters to all you needs day and night!
