Very bad service. Specially towing the car. Called at 9am after 4 hours still no body came. Imagine if some one waiting on the road 4 hour. Very disappointed. Called again hang up phone

I've been trying to reach her via both e-mail and phone since the storm hit Wednesday night to confirm what is covered under my Additional Living Expenses (ALE) since my building has no heat/hot water. She has not responded. It is now Day 3.
