Very bad service ?I signed up and lasted two months without going. Better said I never was. And on the 3rd month they took $72.74 + 52.25 + 10.00 from my bank account ??♂️ three transactions without ever setting foot on the premises. And paying for the two months that I had registered ?♂️ not a week has passed. They took those three transactions from me and today 8/19/2024 it comes back and they take 26.37 more from me... where I went and spoke to a worker and I told her to cancel my subscription and according to her she did and anyway they took the money from my account ?? what a damn with these thieves ?

Convenient location and plenty of parking, facility is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Worthy of five stars except for the members who use the stationary equipment as a personal phone booth. I prefer to use my gym time for its intended use and be considerate of others who are waiting. Please respect fellow members who would like to prioritize their gym time for fitness. Thank you, much appreciated

The general manager here is absolutely amazing. She strives for excellence in every single thing she does and truly goes above and beyond. The gym is extremely clean, the machines are all well maintained, and the fridges are always fully stocked and there are a plethora of snacks and drinks options. Planet Fitness Bayonne is hands down my favorite Planet fitness in the area and will continue to come here with my family. Thank you.

This is one of the best gym in bayonne. The manager is amazing by interacting with her and observing how she operates and she always ensure to greet everyone who comes through the door. I didn't give a 5 star because if one of the workers a mid height light skin guy with a beard glasses and hair up in a bun. His attitude stinks I had an issue with my card that I didn't know about and he was very condescending the manager stepped in and she took care of it. He should be fired.

Planet fitness Bayonne has really gone down hill the last year or so. For starters the gym is very dusty and does not seem sanitary. Paper towels are always empty and staff does not care. I go after work and the employees are always buried in their phone and do not interact with any members. Bathrooms are disgusting, the smell of urine in the mens room is disgusting with puddles of piss all around. The stalls are not much better with rusty trash bins and I would not think twice about taking a shower. It is covered in mold and the curtains look like someone painted the curtain white with all the build up mildo.
