He made it really easy for us when we moved heaven and earth looking for a very rare phytonadione vit K for our son whos required to take it before biopsy! “Story time....I brought my film to the photo center to get developed. The film was sent out and every time I went to pick it up on the date indicated the photos were still not there (about a week of back and forth). I went into the store and Jesse in the photo center helped me dig into where my film may be since it's sent out of location to be developed. After some calls, we found out FedEx terminated the shipment and it was now lost. I was bummed but understand stuff happens so I left it be. Jesse called me a few days later to let me know she was still following up with FedEx and they wanted to offer me two free disposable cameras to make up for the mistake. I was traveling so went into store when I returned and Jesse surprised me that the film was found and she gave them to me free of charge along with those two cameras. The best customer service I've received in a VERY long time. There were pictures of my parents that were very important to me and I'm so grateful for her help. Thank you Jesse”

“Edit: I got the results of my covid test in 21 hours via email. These other reviews were probably written in the first few month of covid when all the labs were overwhelmed.Very kind and knowledgeable owner/operator pharmacist. He admisted my covid test, this is one of the few places in town that offers tests that would be acceptable for international travel.He is also able to make good recommendations for medications for anyone on a halal diet. Definitely recommend!”

“5/10/22 1:30pm-Ramon and the pharmacist on staff were so helpful. I was looking for antibiotics for my children and my home pharmacy Walgreens 2395 JFK Blvd in jersey City didn’t have it. After falling 3 different pharmacies, I called Walgreens in Bayonne at 699 Broadway and Ramon said they had it and I could pick it up there. When I arrive my script happens to get lost at another pharmacy and he called around until he found it. The pharmacist on duty stayed a few minutes longer before going on his lunch break to fill my prescription. Thank you so much to Ramon and the pharmacist (gentleman with grayish hair) who helped me today. Your hard work is appreciated.”

“It's sad to see the poor reviews! I'm giving them a 5 star because I know how difficult it is to run family owned business! A little patience and understanding can go a long way! Today I got my Seasonal Flu Vaccine as a walk in and the Pharmacist Katherine was lovely knowledgeable and friendly! One cashier seemed to be "learning the ropes" and we have all been there! The place seems a little crowded with supplies but that's only cosmetic! For me the Costumer's Satisfaction score is A plus! I don't drive and my nearest Pharmacy is Walgreens on North Street! Yes it's modern inside but everything is locked up and some staff are "sour pusses!" I usually just run in and out! Forgive me for laughing but it's true! Trying to reach for eye shadow and it's locked on the hanger and must press a button to get an employee! It stops me from buying it sigh!”

“This one of the smallest Walgreens I've been in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. But the place was clean. I was extremely surprised that they had Oil Olay and Dove soap and bath wash locked in cabinet. This was the first place I have seen this. 3ven if it is because of the area. That only tells me I need not be 8n this area. It also is the only Walgreen I been in that has two live people at the cashier so that was a plus and no wait time. Which is very important If in the area and early for my event like today. I stop in but would be mindful of my surroundings”

“Overall quite good. Most staff and managers are professional and friendly. I've occasionally in the past have had issues with less than polite and respectful staff but that's in the past. While they are not cheap if your use rebate apps, coupons and sales along with their Rite Aid card you can really save. The store is very clean and well organized. Its absolutely my favorite drug store in Bayonne. My only issue is they lack sufficient stock on sale items sometimes. Overall its a great store!!”

He coordinated with my son's doctor, Serafino (the best) and made sure that I had what I needed.I've also used Walgreens pharmacy for my dog over 10 years. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Joe in particular has been wonderful. It's in the time of need especially for our children that means so much.”
