“Story time....I brought my film to the photo center to get developed. The film was sent out and every time I went to pick it up on the date indicated the photos were still not there (about a week of back and forth). I went into the store and Jesse in the photo center helped me dig into where my film may be since it's sent out of location to be developed. After some calls, we found out FedEx terminated the shipment and it was now lost. I was bummed but understand stuff happens so I left it be. Jesse called me a few days later to let me know she was still following up with FedEx and they wanted to offer me two free disposable cameras to make up for the mistake. I was traveling so went into store when I returned and Jesse surprised me that the film was found and she gave them to me free of charge along with those two cameras. The best customer service I've received in a VERY long time. There were pictures of my parents that were very important to me and I'm so grateful for her help. Thank you Jesse”

“5/10/22 1:30pm-Ramon and the pharmacist on staff were so helpful. I was looking for antibiotics for my children and my home pharmacy Walgreens 2395 JFK Blvd in jersey City didn’t have it. After falling 3 different pharmacies, I called Walgreens in Bayonne at 699 Broadway and Ramon said they had it and I could pick it up there. When I arrive my script happens to get lost at another pharmacy and he called around until he found it. The pharmacist on duty stayed a few minutes longer before going on his lunch break to fill my prescription. Thank you so much to Ramon and the pharmacist (gentleman with grayish hair) who helped me today. Your hard work is appreciated.”
“After rite aid shut down, i was trying to look for a new pharmacy that takes my insurance and has everything covered. CVS tried to charge me $56 and a hour wait for my medicine. My friend told me about Jerry’s and i decided to go ahead and try them out. Super friendly customer service, i waited in the store for only like 15 minutes and i got my medicine covered, they gave me no issues at all unlike Walgreens and CVS. All the negative reviews need to relax a bit because it’s a family owned business not a chain, so just be a little more patient. :)”
“Edit: I got the results of my covid test in 21 hours via email. These other reviews were probably written in the first few month of covid when all the labs were overwhelmed.Very kind and knowledgeable owner/operator pharmacist. He admisted my covid test, this is one of the few places in town that offers tests that would be acceptable for international travel.He is also able to make good recommendations for medications for anyone on a halal diet. Definitely recommend!”

There are some closer to my house but, the CVS app is really convenient and just today when I went in to pick up a prescription, three separate employees made a point to ask if I needed any help which is really nice and honestly not that typical around here even in customer service environments. There's always a wait to pick up prescriptions,but it's not so bad”

He coordinated with my son's doctor, Serafino (the best) and made sure that I had what I needed.I've also used Walgreens pharmacy for my dog over 10 years. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Joe in particular has been wonderful. It's in the time of need especially for our children that means so much.”

“I had gone to Hudacko's a few weeks ago for my Covid vaccination and recently went back for another vaccine recommended by my doctor. My insurance was holding me back from getting the shot due to the fact that they had the wrong information. After a few calls it was finally clarified and I got my vaccine. The young lady at the Pharmacy window went above and beyond to help me. I know how contacting insurance people is one big pain but Ann really got results. I love this Pharmacy. The people are helpful, friendly and the store is so clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
