0% recommended and much less for migration processes. They self-proclaim in their advertising as "migration specialists" but they lack a lot of training to get there. I went to them in 2020 to present my partner's immigration process and after waiting more than two and a half years I am surprised that immigration has my case withheld due to a mistake that the incompetent Nestar made when filling out my i130 form. Now I am forced to spend more time and money to correct their mistake and it did not even cross their mind to think how this affects me emotionally and personally. After two and a half years waiting for my case away from my husband, now I will have to wait at least 4 months to 1 year and a half more!? They do not take seriously the sensitivity and importance of a migration process. They submit things without due review and one as a client puts his trust in them since they are "specialists" in the area. With a simple YouTube video I myself was able to learn and identify what the mistake was and I had to teach them so that if they have the audacity to continue submitting more of these applications they don't make the same mistake. Honestly, better remove "migration" from your list of services offered or get better training so that this does not happen again. It is an injustice what I am going to have to live with now because of their mistake.

I went to this place to have my immigration form filled out, they found the address and name incomplete and I am not the first person because of this error I lost my license and I have not been able to work because I do not have my receipt to renew since I did not get home and the entire process was delayed. I had to do the rest of the procedures to repair all the errors and I called the place to give me my money to pay for the services and the owner of the place said no, she did not make any mistake. I put this review not to harm anyone's business, but I don't want anyone to have the same thing happen to me since an immigration process is very important and any mistake can damage your process and make you spend more money. I hope this person be more careful with your work
