I went to this store to change my over carries from Simply Mobile to Metro I told the young lady behind the counter what phone I wanted she had a Customer the store was closing. I noticed that her and the guy was talking but nothing about phones the problem was she did not want to service me because I was black. I felt so discriminated I will not ever go to this store ever again.

Horrible customer service at the storeLocated at 458 broadway bayonne NJ 07002They over charged me $58 and refused to give me any kind of receipt and when I insisted on getting a receipt or i had to cancel the whole service she texted me a receipt for $30It’s a scam stay away

I just purchased Samsung A54 from your store. When I asked Vamish why the price was a hundred dollars more he told me taxes and activation fee. So I took my phone and left. Then I looked in the bad and there was no receipt so I went back to the store and asked him for it. Then I noticed I was charged an extra $29 for a wall charger block that I didn't need and he forgot to give it to me. I don't understand why I was charged for it and he also didn't give it to me. I'm not very happy about this. It's very shady business. You need to get rid of this guy and get someone who cares about your business. You have lost a customer!

Terrible service! The guy that works there at the desk is lazy, didn't want to check the back for a case for my phone...had to convince him to check for a phone case in the back which they had. Very rude, doesn't care for his job or even trying at all
