“After rite aid shut down, i was trying to look for a new pharmacy that takes my insurance and has everything covered. CVS tried to charge me $56 and a hour wait for my medicine. My friend told me about Jerry’s and i decided to go ahead and try them out. Super friendly customer service, i waited in the store for only like 15 minutes and i got my medicine covered, they gave me no issues at all unlike Walgreens and CVS. All the negative reviews need to relax a bit because it’s a family owned business not a chain, so just be a little more patient. :)”
“I use a sterile saline called AddiPak for my scalara contact. It was getting expensive and hard to find the name brand product I like on Amazon. I searched the Web and found Save Rite Medical. I was skeptical because the price was so much cheaper. I should have ordered more because it truly is the quality product I wanted and they got it to me in just a few days! “This is big medical supplies in Chinatown, NYC. They have a lot of supplies you can apply. The staff are nice. The only thing is you always need to wait a long times since there has a lot of customers to wait the services and supplies.”
“The anesthetics of the store are rather pleasing, open layouts rendering a customer friendly shopping experience. The staff are friendly and diligent. I called about whether they had a particular DME item. They did the most logical thing (i.e. if you are a good retailer) and went out and searched thier inventory. After they confirmed that item was in stock, it politely advised to come before closing time. Which I did do and found the item in store. When I turned up at the register they recognized the item and pulled out the item from behind the counter and said "you're the one that called..." Furthermore, they helped me confirm that it was the right size. All these things are rather small, simple and easy stuff. However, as a pharmacist, I can say that you would be surprised how many organizations can't duplicate that of service.”

“I am a double leg amputee BTK. Three years ago I bought a power scooter, a Phoenix HD4, from Vidacura, an online outfit in Florida that offered me a 5-year warranty as a come-on. A month ago the scooter died on me. Did Vidacura honor their warranty? No, they opted out with a partial refund, but that's another story. The real problem is, what do I do know? Without the scooter, life is very difficult for me. Through a friend I was referred to Family Medical. They picked up the scooter at my home, looked it over and at first, Larry, the mechanic, told me the machine was shot, it would cost me thousands to repair if I could get it to work at all, and the best move is to just throw it away. I told him to junk it. End of story? Nope, far from it. A few days later Larry called me with good news: he FIXED the scooter. No charge. Apparently it was a bad battery connection. I have been happily driving my scooter for 3 days now. Long story short, I am back in business and Family Medical has earned a loyal customer for life.”

Gives pain free shots.There is a tall brunette woman who is also a pharmacist and she too is excellent.The staff is a great group and you will never have to waste time trying to find anything. “The best customer service in NYC. Sadly, so many of the comments revolve around pepper/mace spray. TM, who complained about the cost should have refused to pay the price, they would have refunded him immediately. This Chemist is about so much more than idiot spray. They contact my Drs. and resolve any issues I may have. Their delivery service is free and to the door. Their counter staff are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't use any other pharmacy.”
