Stay away if you like waiting 4 hours for your blood to be taken

I made appointments twice for an employee drug test. First time it was a weekend and when I came in they told me to come in on weekdays, the appointment was not valid. And when I made another appointment on weekdays I had to wait for two hours for the appointment. When I came in after I received the text message they said it passed 2pm and they couldn’t do it anymore. Drove half hour to save time for a further location because this is the only lab in NJ with available appointments and got nothing done. There’s a reason there are always appointments available in this location

I highly recommend you make an appointment. Without one, you’ll be waiting for an hour or more. I made an 8 AM appointment and was out of there in 20 minutes (it would have been sooner if my veins would participate for once lol). However, there were only two ladies working the day I went. They were incredible and tried to do the best they could with just them there. I suggest Labcorp find more staff for this location, especially since people can walk in. People waiting for hours could result in more bad reviews.

My family and I have been coming here for a decade. Jackeline and Efrain are the best! I highly recommend this Labcorp. My kids and I will not go anywhere else. Very professional, helpful and respectful. They are both phenomenal. Patients need to have more patience, understanding and consideration that they do so much and get interrupted all the time. There are so many rude patients that it’s disgusting. Like they have to do what people say. Not! Be more respectful towards them and have more patience towards them. They are doing their job!! Make an appointment if you don’t want to wait. Guess what, your a walk in so you have to wait and stop interrupting. If you stop interrupting them then you would be able to get in and out quicker. Leave them alone and let them do their job!!!

Very understaffed. 2-3 hours behind on time. Don’t follow a time schedule. Not necessarily bad techs but very stressful environment. Labcorp should be ashamed of themselves for the money they make

I called the day before and there was no answer. But ok the actually day the service was pretty quick. I had to take my 7 month to get blood work. I would say that Jacqueline and Efraim( the spelling might be wrong) was amazing with him. They searched for a vein before poking him and was patient until they found one. They were 10/10 for me. Thank you
