After rite aid shut down, i was trying to look for a new pharmacy that takes my insurance and has everything covered. CVS tried to charge me $56 and a hour wait for my medicine. My friend told me about Jerry’s and i decided to go ahead and try them out. Super friendly customer service, i waited in the store for only like 15 minutes and i got my medicine covered, they gave me no issues at all unlike Walgreens and CVS. All the negative reviews need to relax a bit because it’s a family owned business not a chain, so just be a little more patient. :)

Jerry's Drugs is a great local Bayonne Pharmacy that offers prescription deliveries! They also administer vaccines like covid shot, flu, Tdap etc

It's sad to see the poor reviews! I'm giving them a 5 star because I know how difficult it is to run family owned business! A little patience and understanding can go a long way! Today I got my Seasonal Flu Vaccine as a walk in and the Pharmacist Katherine was lovely knowledgeable and friendly! One cashier seemed to be "learning the ropes" and we have all been there! The place seems a little crowded with supplies but that's only cosmetic! For me the Costumer's Satisfaction score is A plus! I don't drive and my nearest Pharmacy is Walgreens on North Street! Yes it's modern inside but everything is locked up and some staff are "sour pusses!" I usually just run in and out! Forgive me for laughing but it's true! Trying to reach for eye shadow and it's locked on the hanger and must press a button to get an employee! It stops me from buying it sigh!

I have been getting my prescriptions from Jerry's Drug Store for many months. They have ALWAYS been helpful and have taken care of all my prescription needs. Jack, the pharmacist, is great ! He is very respectful and patient oriented. I recommend Jerry's for any of your prescription or medical needs.

Went in today to inquire about a knee scooter that was prescribed for my mother. The young girl at the counter wasn't sure, so an older woman came over. She explained that Medicare doesn't cover it and they don't accept my mom's secondary insurance. As I asked about other options, she interrupted me extremely snarkily to restate that it wasn't covered.I would have had no issue buying or renting it out of pocket, but wasn't even given the option. When I asked if there was anywhere else I may be able to check, she angrily said no and walked away.If you don't want to deal with customers, maybe you shouldn't be working with them. I won't ever give this store a dime of business.EDIT: Whoever responded to this review needs to understand that I was NOT given any rental or purchase options. It may be your policy to explain options to the customer, but that is not what happened in reality. The clerk was annoyed that I was even there. Fix your staff issue. It cost your business a sale today.

Jerry's drug and supply company is fantastic! When I go there, I need to buy something else. They have a vast collection of gifts. When I was buying melatonin, I needed to be sure that he was able to take it. I spoke to the pharmacist and I told him what he was alreay taken. The pharmacist was very busy but put that all on the back burner to answer my question. They do deliver but, I live down the block. The employees that work there are funny and awesome. Especially the guy that colors his hair and gets his nails done! They are all good at their jobs!

Terrible store!! Terrible customer service!! I got treated Terrible and rude..There's no excuse for that. I am a disabled person walking wise ..and they wouldn't sell me a part for my walker even though they had the peice. They were nasty . And I could have fallen with out the price. I had to end up calling my insurance to have them pay for a whole new brand one instead. And this not the first time.Jerrys drug store gave my medicine to the wrong person in my building after I told them I was on my way to pick up my medicine. Then when I got there .they gave me a big stick about it !!! I told them why did you do that? I couldn't get my medicine I was out of my blood pressure medication n I had a huge problem with my insurance. They told me if I didn't like it get another pharmacy. This is not how a pharmacy should be run !!!
