Not a bad place overall but management is completely useless. No one answers the phone or their email. Have emailed leasing agent Briana as well as the main email and other agents and not a soul responds EVER. I literally have not received a reply even once from them. Maintenance staff is amazing though

Leasing office and maintenance are extremely unprofessional. No one is ever in the office during open hours and maintenance ignores requests put in by residents. Extremely disappointing, especially for the amount rent is.

I had an issue with my dryer today and my man Ruben jumped right on it. Ordinarily, I'd just wait for the ticket to process bur today I needed help fast. I caught Ruben in the office, told him what was happening and how I needed this done quick. He jumped into action. Ruben got my dryer replaced, fixed a leak in another apartment, AND helped the subcontractors! I appreciate his quick response, his solid work ethic, and his cool demeanor!
