I just moved from uptown & have tried several places in Bayonne for drop off that were terrible, expensive & my clothes would smell like nothing !!! After the move I had loads I needed to get done & didn’t have time, I dropped off 4 bags at like 6pm & they were done the next day, smelled good & folded neatly. dropped off another 2 & they were done the same day, I was shocked ! Love it here !

Tall Caucasian lady with glasses kept bumping into my cart on purpose on 2 different times I went there. I knew she did it on purpose by how she stared me down. And grumpy short lady who's there all the time has a mean vibe. She grabbed my cart as soon as I was finished with it and stared me down as soon as i got there. Besides those 2 ...the Other staff member ladies are far more professional than them.

The staff is helpful. It's always clean. Many machines speed up washing quickly.

I only come here to wash my down comforter in the summer since it's too big to put in the one I have athome and I've never had any problems. Plenty of washers and dryers. Never crowded although I do come here on a weekday morning.They use quarters in their washers/dryers and they also have a change machine.

Attended and reasonable prices. Not as clean as it used to be. Overcrowding is sometimes an issue. Biggest issue however is consistency with being open and on time. Again today the Laundromat is closed without any notice and the same has happened numerous times. Maybe they are having staffing issues? Not sure but very inconvenient to load up the car and drive there early in the morning only to find it closed.

Over worked employees. A n d alot of rude people go here n hog the machines. So far employees are nice n try to accommodate the best they can. Toad they are not allowed to turn the ac on even tho it was extremely hot inside. Owners must not care.

I lost some clothes in there and when I went to ask back next day, they weren't even attentive to what I was saying.I actually went to check the next day after I did my Laundry but the woman did not even tell me there was a lost and found instead as soon as I asked her, she replied there is nothing :(

We utilize this as our back up plan when life just gets to busy to get everything all done and we drop off and pick up most of the times. Great service, nicely folded and laundered well. Great time saver and also great for bulky comforters, reasonably priced
