WARNING THIEVES!!! Some things never change I see I gave this place a bad review 2 years ago because the manager cursed my mother out now him or one of his associates took her wallet & her money they refused to help her look for it or look on the cameras to see if someone took it but I know the name of the game you guys pocketed my moms money cool but my mother is a wonderful grandmother to 3 autistic grandchildren so they’ll be a special place in hell for the one who did I’ll also be visiting in person cause the manager doesn’t want to answer the phone

Rasheed should be fired is insensitive and disrespectful along with what I feel as biased when it comes to choosing who to work with in customer interactions just rude never thinking and empathic to think to see if I really needed anything that was of concern is why I asked him for help which he refused totally and for this reason regardless of our interaction I find as a safety concern because he totally shut me down was rude and just walked away from me didn't take the time to see if I had an emergency issue related to myself another person in the store just lacks common sense customer service skills at least ask me what's the matter..so poor an associate really Not good for Family Dollar or any job like this.

We are members of the community for over ten years respectable and I noticed an interaction with Associate Manager Rasheed he was on the floor and helped a Woman 1st and was very disrespectful towards my Husband I don't understand why he was so unfriendly we know him but today he treated Us like we were Worthless it's Christmas take the time to engage the customers and if you are on the floor helping others and you have your name tag on you might be engaged in conversation He lacks insight should be fired and was so rude you never know if a person really needs your assistance or maybe it could have been an emergency besides why take care of one customer and not Us Rasheed you failed terrible to discover what the situation was and left us behind never knowing what we needed lack of insight and Customer Service earns you this review you are truly not what I call a Representative of the Family Dollar brand.

After the renovation, it's way better, it's a bit more organized than before.

This is again not great but not terrible I walked in and it was pretty nice except for boxes laying everywhere. But overall fresh food but still not great. Has a good amount of foods to choose from and definitely isn't bad at all.

This family dollar had a good stock of locally used items I have not seen at other Family Dollar stores. It's the place to go for your odds and ends household items. The staff is nice, and the hours of operation allow for those late night snack runs.
