If you want good customer service, stay away from this particular place . They will never have the item you want.

Disorganized. This store does not honor promos or free coffee day. Last time I had to wait 10 minutes just for a coffee roll and there was only one other customer in the store.

Your typical Dunkin location. Small. And like many businesses-short staffed. Theres a nice printed reminder to be friendly to the staff despite the shortage.
