CVS is the right shop for you if you live in Bayonne and need a nice place to shop with excellent customer service skills. I've had a chain of nice experiences with their staff since I moved to Bayonne about a year ago. They are patient enough to show you around the store as needed, they are passionate about clients needs and checkout is very fast and user-friendly. Miss Lucy and Sisa were very helpful the last time I shopped there. Thank you very much for all you do!

The pharmacists are rude and prefer to be in their own world.A male pharmacists was bragging to other staff members how he used to work at Starbucks and how all the customer said his personality was robotic.While one pharmacist was helping me, he condescendingly shouted “Are you being helped or do I have to come over and help you?” The rest of the staff laughed at how “sassy” he was.I’m trying to deal with a serious medical prescription and they act like I’m inconveniencing them.

This pharmacy is very difficult to work with. They hardly have anything in stock, take too long to order, and return prescriptions within a day or two if you don’t pick them up. Unfortunately, my employer plan only covers medications from CVS and this is the only one around for miles

They apparently have lunch hour which is not mentioned online or even a paper they have for schedule.Complete waste of time.Its ok if you take a break but you have to let people know.Drive through says come inside and then i go to find out about their long lunch break

This pharmacy is the worst. They told me they couldn’t transfer medication from a CVS pharmacy in a different state. When I talked to the actual pharmacist she was SO rude and said she had no idea what I was talking about, as if they hadn’t just sent me away saying I couldn’t get my prescription here. Then all of a sudden it could be transferred. This ordeal took forever on my only day off. Unbelievable.

This place is the best! I am truly greatful, only pharmacy in Bayonne that has most medicines available. The staff is great, they are helpful and pleasant. The pharmacy is great. You can always find parking. It is very convenient, the pharmacy closes late. I have no problems getting my medicine. The coupons are great, everytime I go I get more coupons. Truly I would not pay much attention to the bad reviews. All pharmacies have a wait time, we are in flu season many people are getting sick at the same time. What I like about the store is that it clean and organized.It makes it easy to find what your looking for. To CVS employees at this store keep up the good work.?

Horrible pharmacy! Why the hell do they have a phone if they can’t use it!?!!!!! I hung on the line for thirty minutes, the pharmacist picked up the phone and hung up. My anger knows no bounds.

Today 11/28/23 At 7:40 p.m I went to the CVS pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my 67 years old husband who has a bad case of Covid. His doctor called it in and was told it was being processed. When I got there I was the 15th person on line. 15 minutes of waiting and they made an announcement that no one after me would be taken care of. At approximately 7:55 they made another announcement that they were only going to take two more people and that was all because they close at 7:00 pm. There were 5 people still in front of me. I explained I needed the medication and the woman in front of me said her husband needed his medication. I insisted that they take care of us. When I got to the counter it was 7:03 pm. I couldn't believe that they did not want to stay and help people that were on line for an extra 5 minutes. When I gave the clerk my information she said there was nothing in their system even though I had confirmation that it was being processed. Needless to say I left without the medication. There were 4 people working behind the counter and do not understand why they couldn't help people in need of medication. That is their business. I will never go to this CVS again. I have to give this a one star so I can post this review but it deserves a negative star

I went here today with a question about a prescription at a different CVS. The pharmacy team was extremely helpful and went out of their way to solve my issue. They filled my prescription and helped me find the best coupon to use to get the best price. I was very impressed with the level of service.
