Laptop kept shutting down on it's own, went to Channel Wireless, they fixed it quickly and now is like a new laptop, the gentlemen are so nice and professional, if you are having an issue don't hesitate to see them, you will be very happy with end result.

Took my laptop here for an issue I had w/ storage and Michael was an exceptional help. He solved the problem I had and for far less than other computer repair shops in town wanted to charge.He answered all my questions , was patient kind, and I haven't had any issues with my computer since . I highly recommend giving Channel Wireless a try. I would definitely return.

Terrible Services I warn you if you have a Iphone that hasn’t been open just go to Apple Store this guy will literally take your parts and put fake ones in causing more damage. I had to learn the hard way my camera just zooms in and out, bluetooth doesn’t work, and can’t connect to facetime all after fixing my Iphone 13 here. Not only did he not fix it he tried to say there was nothing he can do. DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I knew my phone was going to be like this after the repair I would’ve never even agreed to get any services from him. I don’t benefit of anything doing this post just saving people their money and time from this scammer SO AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in this morning to get the keyboard on my laptop replaced. I had purchased the replacement keyboard online after one of the keys on my existing one popped out. After I opened up the laptop I realized that my A+ training from years ago was not going to cut it because I would have to remove so many components to free up the keyboard. That's when I made the decision to have an expert do it. Mike was friendly and said he can get it back to me within a few hours. Just picked it up and I'm ready for an important meeting this evening. I will definitely be going back to Mike for all my computer related repairs and he's got me as a devoted customer! Kudos Mike!
