I am so pleased to with the new owners of Bubbles. I have been going to Bubbles for a couple of years. But, in the last several months since the new owners took over its even nicer. The laundromat is always clean. They have lots of new washers. The staff is friendly. They make me feel like family every time I come in.

Let me be blunt: the place you’re running is an absolute disgrace. The laundromat was filthy beyond belief, and your staff? Not only are they clueless about customer service, but they’re outright rude and blatantly racist! I’ve never seen such pathetic behavior in my life.
If this is the level of service and cleanliness you’re offering, you should be ashamed of yourself and seriously consider shutting the place down. Your laundromat is a joke, and I regret ever stepping foot in there. If you don’t get your act together, I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about the disaster you call a business.
Consider this the last time someone like me will set foot in your laundromat—unless there’s a serious overhaul, not just a superficial fix!

I've been going here a while. This is my second negative review because the owner asked me to take it down and speak to them personally next time I have a problem however this is the 3rd time I e had ruined clothes. They usually have some sort of stain on them, or they use too much soap and now this. I saw another review with similar stains what is this.

The closing lady there is rude. It was 8:45 and she wouldn’t allow me to finish my load that still had 8mins on the dryer kept say she had to leave she had to leave when it says it closed at 9. She kept telling me to check it. And kept walking pass me. She was VERY rude I won’t be coming here again.

The place is ok but the staff is excellent in particular J. She is so welcoming and helpful to me as I do laundry with a disability. Whenever she is not there I struggle

The best laundromat on Broadway. I come 2 times a week. Very clean and people are so helpful. Much cheaper than other laundromats.

This is a very good laundromat with affordable rates, I drop off clothes for wash, dry, and fold multiple times a week and the service is fast and excellent!

My relationship with them started good. My third time going to them and most of my clothes came out like this. ( attached photo) I could show you and entire bags worth! I couldn’t believe I’m going through bags of FOLDED clothes that look like this. None of my son’s clothes were washed but some how smelled like laundry detergent. It’s horrible customer service to fold up dirty laundry and mix them with what I’m hoping is clean laundry and make someone pay $170 for it. Time to find a new drop off laundry area.
