I went in for repair services for two necklaces. I returned several days later as he asked, and he informed me one of my necklaces were misplaced .After locating the necklace,He told me he had to up-charge me. I disagreed because that was not the price on the ticket. We became very nasty. He put my necklaces on the counter and told me to "take them" when I got home I realize he had not replaced the latch on the first necklace as I asked and the problem was not fixed! I also noticed discoloration probably from a high power cleaning . I am no longer attracted to my jewelry!

Excellent jeweler. They've been around since 1925. That can only happen if they have quality service and products. HIGHLY recommend.Also, I asked Jeff, who is mad cool by the way, if he'd help promote my chess club 'The Bayonne Chess Society & Club'. He said, "Sure. Give me those flyers". We just got a member, who visited the store and is super excited to join, and is spreading the word.So, thank you Jeff and Abramson's Jewelers for being an awesome jeweler, and helping chess grow in Bayonne.

Had watch repaired and battery replaced for my old AK. Price is very reasonable, just realized when I got home that he almost did not charge for the repair itself. Always good to support local. Jerry is also great in customer service.

I paid $37 for my necklace repair, and it only lasted 1 day because it was damaged again in the same place as the necklace. Thank god this happens in my sofa. If it takes me 2 weeks to "repair" it, sorry, but I did not like the delay and this inconvenience.

Are ZERO STARS possible?STAY AWAY!!!I paid $40 to have a scratched crystal replaced on my expedition watch, and what came back was a mis-aligned outer ring - see the photo the outer ring "6 O'Clock" mark is one minute to the right, not centered.He refused to remedy the clear problem, claiming that there was "nothing wrong". Multiple tall tales were fabricated about how the crystal was magically replaced without removing the case back or the works, which is proven false by mutliple videos documenting the process for this specific watch.So, I walked, and went a few blocks down Broadway to an HONEST jeweler, who fixed what Abramson's had mangled. (They had also bunged up the alarm mechanism, which was fixed perfectly by the HONEST jeweler.)

I took in two vintage rings that used to belong to my grandma to be cleaned and fixed. One of the rings was severely damaged and I was unsure if it was even fixable. They did a wonderful job with both rings and they both look amazing now! I will definitely be back with any of my future jewelry needs as everyone was super nice and friendly, and it was all very affordable.
