Today I visited Walgreens at 544 Allen Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. I want to thank all the staff for their good work and positive atmosphere. But I am especially grateful for the professionalism of the manager EMERSON!!!! He is a very friendly, smart, patient and responsive person. He helped me a lot and had a smile on his face. Thank you EMERSON for your great attention to me and serious attitude to work!

the price here isn't actually horrible. they got good deals and discounts in the store, and prices are reasonable. In fact, friends and I come here a lot after a hot day of soccer. The staff is nice as well! :)

The pharmacy has no rules on how to help the customers in line and the person who is behind the counter is very bad on getting customers name and slow at typing the name in the system to lookup for the medications. I am thinking of moving to CVS just because of the poor customer service they provide.

Horrible service at this location. I was trying to return a product. The store manager James refuse to do so and ask me to leave the store. When I try to make my points, he simply ran out of store and disappeared from the site. ?

If I could give zero stars, I would. This pharmacy should just close. They have never filled a single rx in the past two years without issues. Same rx’s, same insurance every month. I live in the neighborhood and have to drive to Bernardsville to have my prescriptions properly filled. They lie constantly. Sometimes I swear I’m on candid camera. I will be moving all my rx’s to CVS.

GO ELSEWHERE! A couple things:
Staff: Pharmacists and staff are ok, the customer service people in the Pharmacy have always been the issue. When Walgreens first bought them, it was awesome.. then something happened. They hired the old people back. Yuck.
Stock: They don't have stock. they've been out of very basic meds, its stupid when I can get amoxicillen for my cat, but not my kid. (just one example, they were out of birth control, reflux meds,andmore) Whatever, it was fine, I just went to CVS.. go there.. its busy cuz they don't suck.

The toy section was bland and some things were on sale but were waaay cheaper online. Like and subscribe to funkos on the fly and maybe I will review your stores toy selection! Be ready for me!
