Fantastic realty group. Worked with Susan Fazio for over a year to purchase a home. Having worked with seven realtors in ten years, I have no hesitation recommending her as the best realtor you will ever find. Her market knowledge, valuation sense, technical expertise, negotiation skills, dedication, patience and implacable likeability make her an amazing asset for any deal. Susan's market knowledge and valuation sense are fantastic -- she pegged the reasonable sale price of every home that we looked at almost exactly where it would ultimately sell. Susan's network of professional contacts are also very impressive -- every specialist she put us in touch with was top notch, and the leads we got from her saved us literally tens of thousands of dollars. Susan's technical knowledge, both in terms of home construction and deal structuring, is incredibly strong (and I say that as an experienced DIY'r and a corporate attorney). Finally, her naturally personable style keeps parties talking long after most negotiations would fail -- getting deals to the finish line in today's difficult real estate markets. All these skills put Susan ahead of the other realtors I've dealt with, but one trait makes her undeniably the best around -- I've never worked with someone so singularly focused on doing what's right for the client instead of what's right for themselves. You have to experience this to really understand it, but when you do, you'll never want to work with anyone else. In both the fun times and the trying times (and there are always trying times in finding a home), she offered constant support, objective reasoning and patient advice. She was always available, tireless, open to any suggestion, never pushing anything on you, and always thinking about what's best for your long-term happiness rather than for her. We walked away from several deals and she was always right by our side being supportive every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for more and I deeply respect her, professionally and personally, because of it. I don't expect to be involved in any home sales in the near future, but if I am, there is no doubt that my first call will be to Susan.
