Poor service, actually no service. They miss every other weeks pick up. I had to cancel my service. Bucket was picked up today by the rudest person. '"Hey Lady, it's Thursday! Where's your garbage? You called and complained about us, so now we're here". That's what the guy said to me while the driver continued to honk the trucks horn. Crazy!!?Horrible customer service. I don't understand what's so difficult about picking up garbage! And, might I mention, my pick up is Friday and that's according to their invoice.Horrible company with horrible service.

We were with Bridgewater Disposal when IWS bought them. In the four months since, they missed multiple days, raised the prices, double billed us, ignore our emails, and were rude on the phone. We've switched to Pinto and, so far, we're happy. I just hope IWS doesn't buy them next.

You pay them but they dont pick up. Then you get to spend 20 minutes on hold trying to speak to someone then they raise your rates again and again. Its absurdly poor service.

Worse garbage company ever. They throw garbage around your property. Don't pick up on time. The customer service is horrible. Don't waste your time on this company. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

My account was transferred from KWS to IWS. For the most part the transition was seamless. But in OCT NOV and DEC they posted my payments to the wrong account. The first group of people I contacted were not helpful at ALL but Chuck and Suzette resolved the billing issue quickly. The customer service they provided gave me peach of mind and I decided to stay with IWS as they workout some of the merger bugs that I encountered.Service: Junk removal

I can't even get them to send me a bill it is terrible let alone pick up the garbage in the morning

Ever since KWS changed hands, it is miserable! The fifth time, in the last year or so, they didn't pick up my garbage. The increased the service fee, over 10% as soon as this IWS took over.Every time I called, they would the response was sarcastic, giving me one or other excuse!Service: Trash removal & disposal
