If you are looking to sell your house find any other realtor. Only cares about under pricing your house to get a quick sale. Then is uninterested in you. Just wants the commission. One star is even too much but zero is not an option.

Greg Fazio made our first-time home-buying experience pleasurable, exciting, and easy. As first-time homebuyers, we didn’t know much about the process. Greg always shared his knowledge with us and did his best to put our minds at ease. He never pressured us into making decisions, and gave his honest option whenever we asked for it. Greg was always readily available and easy to reach whenever we had questions, and he kept us involved and up-to-date every step of the way. We feel very grateful to have had someone like Greg in our corner to guide us through this process. We’d highly recommend Greg to anyone who is looking for a new home!

Greg is the best agent I can ask for. You'll never find a more personable, responsive, well researched guy. He went above and beyond to make our first home purchase go smoothly. He explained what to expect and answered all our questions every step of the way. It was a big boost to our confidence during the search. I'll be recommending him to everyone I know in the market. Even in a pandemic Greg strapped on his mask and boots and got the job done.

Through both professional and personal avenues I have come to know a number of Realtors. I will say that without a doubt Greg was the most caring and honest of all the Realtors I have come to know. He seemed just as excited as we were on every step of the process. His passion and love for what he does shows through his personality and work. We recently purchased our first home (with Greg’s help) in Annandale, NJ. Greg had a ton of resources and knowledge to help us every step of the way, and made sure that we completely understood and were on board with everything. He was also always available for us and very responsive.

Greg was everything we needed in a Realtor. We had very heavy demands and our desires were always a moving target. He was very patient despite the many unusual challenges we presented. He was just as happy to show us $100,000 foreclosures in some questionably dangerous neighborhoods as he was $500,000 properties. He never hesitated and always made time to show us properties that were out of his local area, even though they were quite a drive for him. We ended up settling on a foreclosure, which was a lot more work and more headaches for him than a typical sale but he never showed it, he even went above and beyond to personally take care of some last minute things we needed to get our CO. When we had issues with the attorneys we selected for the closing, Greg was very patient and understanding and diligently worked to get us back on track when the deal was crumbling. He was a great advocate without being pushy or "sales-y" in the least bit. In the 4 months or so we spent searching, Greg was never difficult to get in touch with, was always upbeat and professional, and made us feel like we were working with a friend instead of being just another business transaction. Will definitely work with him again (if we didn't scare him off with this one)!

Could not be more pleased with Greg. He was extremely informative on all aspects of the home buying process, timely to every showing, and knowledgeable in the surrounding towns/areas of all the places we looked.
