My husband and I worked with Kelly at Flowers on the Ridge for our wedding. From the start, she was professional, communicative, super friendly and knowledgeable. After our consultation, we felt so comfortable working with Kelly and her team. We remained in touch through the whole process of planning my arrangements. I even added a last minute order and Kelly was happy to help us. Our delivery was on time and packaged perfectly as to make sure the arrangements would not be damaged. When I saw them, I was blown away at how our bouquets came out. The flowers were absolutely stunning. The quality of each flower was just remarkable. I could tell how carefully every bouquet was assembled. Fast forward to our ceremony and reception. Kelly provided arrangements for our wedding arch. I was absolutely blown away at how stunning these flowers looked. She had the flowers so beautifully arranged exactly (or even better) than I have imagined. When we went to the reception location, all of our arrangements were set up. Every table adorned with the largest, most beautiful deep red roses I have ever seen. She surrounded our flowers with romantic candles and sprinkled in fresh rose petals throughout. My husband and I were absolutely stunned by how beautiful they were. Dining room is filled with vases of these flowers, still as beautiful as they were on our wedding day. Thank you thank you Kelly and your team for adding so much beauty to our day. If you are considering working with her, you will absolutely not regret it!

I had a wonderful experience working with Kelly for our daughter's baby boy shower in June. This was my first grandchild and Kelly patiently worked with me to pick out the perfect floral arrangement for each of the eight tables and a glorious large arrangement to place on a ledge separating our room from the adjoining room. I received so many compliments that day about her designs. I highly recommend Kelly for any event.

Had my wedding on 4/26/24 and the florist, Kelly, was amazing. She helped so much with helping us figure out what we want in the first meeting- so so helpful! We super appreciated her answering multiple emails to support some us. She has top notch customer service! Her flowers were beautiful; we got so many compliments from the guests at the wedding about how beautiful the centerpieces were.

I was embarrassed when I saw a picture of it. Will never use this florist again.

Disappointed with the flower arrangement I received and extremely disappointed with the customer service when calling to inform them about it. Won’t be using this service again. Floral arrangement looked nothing like what Is advertised on the website.

Flowers on the Ridge provided me with a beautiful Christmas floral arrangement that my cousin ordered from Spokane. It lasted for weeks and had things like pine cones and eucalyptus in a red glass square vase So tasteful and uplifting for my whole family. When it wasn't on my island it went in the center of my dining room table. So much thought and care went into it so it wasn't too high to block people when acting as the centerpiece. The smell was amazing even after the family all went home and I was back at work. Will always order from Flowers on the Ridge and will encourage others to do the same. Thanks
