Most of the people at the front I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in the past were very helpful, however I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this Bank of America the lady that apparently runs everything is extremely disrespectful, I avoid this Bank of America at all costs due to her poor service.

went to this bank branch to open an account for my daughter. I was told the person responsible for opening account is busy, she need to made some phone call and took care us. to avoid to wait too long, another lady offer to help creating a profile first. after that we went to back to waiting room. after waiting for another 15 min. we decide to leave. we stay there for 35 min. but I didn't see any customer inside the room. I think the bank should take care the customer inside the room.

Nice employees, but not enough. This morning there was a line outside the door, yet they only kept one teller window open. Unfortunately, this is a regular occurence at this branch.

I would recommend their tellers practice smiling. They were both very terse and not friendly, unnecessarily. They both made statements to me about my transactions that I didn't understand and seemed annoyed when I asked them to explain. Glad I'm not a customer.
