It's the worst Wawa in the area. The employees are probably overworked due to the high volume, there's only like 3 people at dinner time rush doing anything, and they're all miserable. Management needs to be overhauled. They're also always out of stock of stuff due to their high volume. It is bad. Food is also somehow worse than else where

I got soda and a classic Hoagie there and they are nice and helpful to the handicap and helped order when I had trouble doing it

If there’s another Wawa you can go to, I would recommend that before using the Lawnside Wawa. Their quality of food seems he be worse than other wawas in the area, and they put almost no care into making what you order. Wanted to get the pulled pork Mac and cheese bowl last week. They waited until they finished making everything to inform me that they didn’t have Cole slaw even though it was still an option on the terminal, and then when they gave it to me this is what I opened. Nothing about this looks appealing, and they couldn’t care less. There isn’t a single wawa I’ve been to that’s ever just plopped two ice cream scoops of Mac and cheese on one side of a bowl with dry pork, and drenched bbq sauce on it like this place has

On the way home from a surgical procedure today my husband stopped at this location to get my favorite hot latte for me. He returns to the car with our two HOT lattes in the iced cups he asked the women why they were in those cups and she said she thought we would like that. When he explained we would prefer the hot cups so they don’t spill through the open lid while driving and burn us she said if you don’t like it you can make your own drinks at home and handed him two hot cups to pour them in himself. This occurred while 2 other employees just sat there and didn’t say a word. This was at 3pm today 5/25/23. Not sure if her name but that is the worst customer service and disrespectful. This needs to be addressed.
