“This is the loveliest children's store we could have imagined. We travel frequently and are always in search of a toy store; Tildie's is our summer favorite, tucked away between shops it is a hidden gem. The selection of toys, stuffed animals and so much more was wonderfully curated and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. Thank you for saving us from Amazon: it was a memorable experience.”

“An amazing shopping experience. The staff was highly knowledgeable and kind. This location had all the sets I needed though being on backorder online. I received a lot of tips and tricks for building sets. They also went above and beyond and provided me with event information. It is also great to bring your kids to get their lego passports and start their minifigure building and trading. Can't wait to head back for the new releases in June.”

“I went in a bit before the holidays for a present for my baby nephew, the staff was imminently helpful in selecting some toys that were both appropriate for their age and engaging (they were also quite nice as well). I recommend coming here if you have a general idea of what you want to get a younger child and then the staff is equipped to help guide you to something more specific.”

“I recently bought a new Digitrax DCC system from the Yankee Dabbler. The service was great! Bob helped me put my order in over the phone. I live in Kansas and have to drive over 100 miles to find a good Hobbie shop. Nobody beats the prices on DCC systems. They had excellent shipping too. “I placed an order on November 28 and received timely email correspondence for confirmation of the order and when it was shipped. The items were shipped to Ontario, Canada and arrived on December 13. Shipping was quoted as 14-30 days so it was well under that estimate. I received exactly what I ordered in great condition. I felt a bit nervous making this purchase but the good reviews seemed consistent so I took the risk! I'm so happy I did. I was looking for two hard to find items and I am so please to have them now!! “Local place I drove by many of times, decided to pop in to have a look. Really fun place that looks tiny on the outside until you walk in, huge room stacked to the ceiling with nostalgic toys, comics, VHS, DVDs, trading cards. Staff is friendly and easy to chat with. I decided to pick up a tin of pokemon cards, the label on the product was not the price they charge, was a bit surprised but after chatting with the nice gentleman behind the desk, there is no way they could go through every single product in the store and remove/re-label everything, there is just too much stuff! So do not expect to get everything at the whatever old sticker price is on the item a lot but it doesn't hurt to try and haggle”
