“I’ve been using Kennedy Pharmacy for several years now. They are a hidden gem in the Rowan School of Medicine building.The entire staff is great. Gus, Ewa, Julie, Kayla and the 2 part time pharmacists they’ve had. They do good things in the community - raising funds to help people who have experienced a catastrophe, conducting vaccine clinics, etc.They fill orders quickly and reliably. There’s an app that you can use to communicate/chat with the pharmacy and they typically respond within minutes. They make the process very easy and convenient. They do NOT make any errors billing your insurance or worse, mislabelling your medication (I’m looking at you Walgreens on Chews Landing Road…)PS. Sometimes they have donuts and pretzels too!”

“I can't believe how many years I suffered through the experience of using one of the big chains before I switched to Fishtown Pharmacy. They are incredible! Prescriptions are ready extremely quickly and everyone who works there is so friendly. I had to have some medications special-ordered and they came in first thing the next morning. I needed one of them fairly urgently, and the pharmacist called me the second the delivery came in - my prescription was ready for pick-up pretty much before we even left the house. Meanwhile, the big chain I used to use always took multiple days to get special orders in. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions about medication. I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!”

“I imagine this is what pharmacies were like years ago - personal service, good advice, a pharmacist that knows your name and knows his stuff. This little gem is not taken for granted. It's a special little pharmacy that provides excellent care and advice. when I'm sick, I am comforted knowing I can go in and get a good recommendation on something OTC. I also enjoy being able to purchase necessities like razors, shampoo, conditioner, and of course, goldenberg peanut chews. I noticed a 1 star review from Derek Farr. Derek must not understand he needs to speak with his doctor regarding whether he gets generic or name brand, it's not the pharmacy's fault. Such is life with people who do not understand their own role in their care and take it out on a small biz. Needless to say, this pharmacy has all 5 star reviews for good reason. I've been coming here since 2016 and hope they're here for many years to come.”

Their customer service is wonderful. Never long to wait on hold when you call and they always have the drugs shipped out in a very short time. Delivery time also quick. “Im not a patient yet… but calling Kress today about switching to a small family owned pharmacy has put my mind at ease. I’ve always gone to CVS and always got the run around and the lady I spoke to really helped me today! She gave me reassurance that she didn’t need to give me. I suffer with anxiety and unfortunately I had to look high and low to find someone who could help me with a certain generic brand (I had to call the actual manufacturer) and the pharmacist let me know they will sometimes not have the generic that works best for me (7 years) but it’s NOT going to be garbage like the one CVS gave me and told me “tough luck” and hung up. She didn’t have to tell me this but she did. She spoke to me with kindness and understanding even though I rambled on from “anxiety babble” and didn’t know me. I can’t thank her enough and this pharmacy as a whole for easing my mind today. I can’t wait to see what else the store has to offer!Thank you for being so kind!Jennifer”
