I chose this mechanic because I work in Barrington and needed work done. When I called they were able to take me same day. All I knew was the car was running loud. They diagnosed some safety issues (control arm and wheel bearing ) in addition to needing rear brakes (this is knew). They gave me a ride back to work and took care of the repairs. I was satisfied with the price and service.

Our car broke down on the way home from vacation and this was the closest garage. We were so blessed to have landed in this spot, they provided great, fast service and had us on the road the next day. They also quoted us a price up front and stuck to the quote. They explained everything they were going to check in great detail and I would recommend them. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely.

We have used John for years with great satisfaction. However, now his son does a terrible job and doesn’t let you know price until he’s done. His father used to call at 11am and tell you work and cost and then proceed. Very disappointed!! Made mistakes with two of our family’s car.....not going back for a third strike!
