My package has been on the same driver for the last 3 days!! He claims no one is home but has never even been to my residence (have cameras on my property). The package doesn't even need a signature. FedEx needs to look into their driver named Eduardo because he certainly isn't doing his job!!!

Anytime that my items are coming via FedEx I cringe, when I see that it is coming from the Barrington hub, I give up all hope. The worst

No one ever answers the phone!!!! My tracking info on the app has not changed since July 1st. I also have my package being delivered two days later than originally scheduled. This is really not professional at all!
