Incompetent lazy FedEx delivery drivers!

Had a package requiring signature that they claimed made an attempt for delivery didn’t even knock or ring the door bell. We were home all day. They said will try to re deliver next day and again guess what we have been home all day no delivery. When you call customer service they don’t have any answers. Terrible.

Did not attempt to deliver my package. Took less than 10 seconds from exiting truck to door. Did not even knock on the door. It’s all on camera. I get that it’s hot out but DO YOUR JOB. ?

Two packages delivered today 6/7/24 , nobody knocked on the door or rang the bell. I was home all day. My wife gets home, the boxes one 77lbs one 121lbs were dropped in front of the garage door, she couldn't get in. I'm recouping from ankle replacement. The problem is, the driver posted that the packages were left on the porch by the front door.....lied. Terrible work ethic, if you don't want to deliver packages properly, don't work for a delivery service. Fed Ex is terrible. Amazon should only use UPS...much better.

I wish some merchants would allow you to choose which delivery service you want to use because if I had a choice, I would not use FedEx. The fragile stamped boxes arrive in horrible condition. They lie and always give some lame excuse for whatever issue you have.I don’t want excuses I want accountability.

Literally have the driver on video not knocking or ringing the bell. Just attaches a "We missed you" and leaves. Guess he didn't want to put the 50 pound box on a hand truck.

I have been waiting for a package since last week, it is supposed to arrive on the 15th, then they send me a message that says, we tried to deliver your package, but there was no one at home, they said it would arrive the next day and I am still waiting, yesterday they said that the address was wrong and that they couldn't deliver and now they say it will arrive today, I haven't been able to leave the house for 6 days, waiting for them and nothing to do with it, irresponsible

IF this is Where Home delivery comes from, Big Trucks. I was Very impressed w/ Delivery of my New TV!! I was so nervous. Haven't bought one since 2009! Got here early afternoon, box Huge+ heavy. Delivery guy, was Perfect. Big help!! Thank you

They don't need a star what they need is honest drivers! They said they tried to deliver my package and they did not they did not knock on my door or ring my buzzer. Now I have to spend another day waiting on them to deliver my package and I will sit outside waiting for my package! Horrible if you don't want to work then stay home. I'm sure there are people out there in need of a job and want to work!
