Thank goodness for the Barrington Fed Ex office! New driver did not deliver a package just left in middle of road. Called the Barrington office and they straightened the whole thing out, left special Instructions for the driver so package will be delivered correctly next month! Had a package requiring signature that they claimed made an attempt for delivery didn’t even knock or ring the door bell. We were home all day. They said will try to re deliver next day and again guess what we have been home all day no delivery. When you call customer service they don’t have any answers. Terrible.

Did not attempt to deliver my package. Took less than 10 seconds from exiting truck to door. Did not even knock on the door. It’s all on camera. I get that it’s hot out but DO YOUR JOB. ?
