“I chose this mechanic because I work in Barrington and needed work done. When I called they were able to take me same day. All I knew was the car was running loud. They diagnosed some safety issues (control arm and wheel bearing ) in addition to needing rear brakes (this is knew). They gave me a ride back to work and took care of the repairs. “Bought a Rotary 10k lift from SAR in Feb 2017. Installation went perfectly, but after installation the lift would shudder on the way up and down with and without a load. The SAR team was impressive with how diligently they chased down the issue, getting Rotary themselves involved, determining that the problem was with the cylinders, and getting them replaced with new cylinders from Rotary as quickly as possible. Though this was for my home garage Ed Harrell, Derrick and team treated me like I was their biggest customer. The lift has performed flawlessly since. I heartily recommend SAR to you.”

“Had an appointment to get my car fixed here. I also contacted the dealer and luckily my repair was covered under my warranty. When I went to cancel my appointment, I gave my reason that my warranty is paying for the repair. The owner sincerely congratulated me and said it was great news that I caught a break. I can tell by that conversation that he is a respectful and honest guy. I also know I’ll be contacting him for future repairs when my car warranty ends.”
