“My overall experience with AT&T, I have to say an awful one to be honest their phone service when you call in is different and everything and products and deals are different than online stuff then different than in-store stuff. It’s like it’s three different businesses. The prices are outrageous there, not on the same page they find any way to swindle you like you can bring your own phones when you sign up and still a year later, you’re not due for an upgrade, which makes no sense to me but I do have to say this gentleman in the AT&T store that I dealt with last night was top-notch he was there by himself Taken care of four different customers after closing by himself and did it all with finesse he did it without any hiccups, qualms or complaints should be with a different company. He’s too good for AT&T.”

“The girl I had, I believe is the store manager and she is wonderful, But when my son went back to activate his phone there was a worker there ( Some guy with tattoos on his arms) Who gave him a hard time about activating his phone because he said he wasn't authorized to access to the account. Needless to say, he was on the account as an authorized user, and he should have known where to look for that information. I then had to contact T-Mobile customer service while my son had to sit in his truck and wait to fix this matter and when customer service called the store, the same guy was super rude to the T-Mobile customer service. Honestly, this behavior is unacceptable. I will continue to go to this T-Mobile because it's not a bad store. But this employee should definitely be spoken to.”
